Jazmin Dicker, Director & Responsible Individual

Jaz is a registered Mental Health Nurse, which is where she developed her passion for person-centred care. She has worked in a number of clinical settings, including inpatient wards, CMHTS and providing therapeutic intervention in a University environment. Her favourite part about Crwban is working closely with all of the unique and incredible residents – she said “they all have their own interests and strengths and it’s so wonderful building upon these”. In her spare time, Jaz enjoys running and going for beach walks with her dog.

Sian Perez, Director & Registered Manager

With over 15 years of experience in the care industry, Sian’s passion for care runs deep. The most thoughtful and caring manager around, she will move mountains to make sure the support workers and residents are happy. Sian’s background primarily involves working for and managing Domiciliary companies. Her favourite thing about Crwban is seeing the wonderful therapeutic relationships made between staff and residents. She loves the “family feel” of the company. In her spare time, Sian loves spending time with her kids and going for a nice meal!

Emily Davies, Deputy Manager

Emily’s background in complex care and her amazing can-do attitude make her the ideal deputy manager. She has only been in post since April 2024 and has already had a significant impact upon service user care and service provision. All of our residents and support workers love being around her as she brings a sense of fun and calm all at the same time! Emily loves to play cricket and rugby in her spare time
