Crwban Care & Support Ltd is a Supported Living Provider founded and directed by Mental Health Nurse Jazmin  Dicker and Registered Care Manager Sian Perez.

Crwban, the Welsh word for ‘turtle’, is at the centre of our ethos. The turtle symbolises perseverance and tranquillity, and at Crwban Care and Support Ltd, we support our residents to overcome barriers and reach for the stars whilst providing a calm and homely environment. We believe in the potential of everyone and support our residents to maintain choice and control over their own lives.

 Our focus is to provide individuals with the appropriate amount of support they need to live as independently as possible, whilst supporting them to live their ‘best lives’.

The birth of Crwban

Established in 2022, Crwban Care and Support Ltd is a Supported Living Service founded by Registered Mental Health Nurse Jazmin and Registered Care Manager Sian. 

Having worked in the care sector for over 25 years combined, providing holistic person-centred care is something that Sian and Jaz are passionate about. As sisters, they often found themselves dreaming up Crwban at family meals and felt that they could make a real difference in the sector. In 2022, they finally took the plunge and left their full time healthcare jobs to pursue their dream of “creating a therapeutic and homely environment where service users can thrive”. Sian and Jaz believe being sisters adds a special family feel to the service.
