we pride ourselves on the ability to adapt and customise our supported living houses to suit the unique needs of each resident. We work closely with residents to ensure that their living environment is both comfortable and functional, making adjustments as necessary to meet their individual preferences and requirements. Additionally, each resident is encouraged to decorate and personalise their own bedroom, creating a space that reflects their personality and feels truly like home. This approach not only enhances their comfort but also fosters a sense of ownership and belonging in their living environment
A strong sense of community flourishes through the close-knit relationships between residents and support workers. This connection is built on mutual respect, trust, and a shared commitment to enhancing the quality of life for everyone involved. Support workers go beyond their professional roles, often becoming trusted companions and advocates for residents. In return, residents feel valued and supported, fostering a warm and inclusive environment. Additionally, all of our houses and residents often come together for outings and events, which strengthens friendships and further enhances the sense of belonging that defines Crwban’s supportive community.

House routines and schedules are carefully personalised to meet the unique needs and preferences of the residents who live there. Each house features its own "Adventure Board," a fun and engaging way to keep residents informed about their daily activities, menu options, cleaning schedules, and routines. This board is more than just a schedule—it's a vibrant hub that helps residents stay connected, organised, and excited about the day ahead. By tailoring these routines and using the Adventure Board, we ensure that each resident feels supported and empowered in their daily life.

Crwban is dedicated to supporting individuals and families with our Respite Breaks, available both away from home and within the family home. Carers can enjoy a well-deserved holiday, confident that their loved ones are in good hands. Our dedicated support team is also available to accompany individuals on holidays, whether at home or abroad, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
